This website is operated by Sadka Jariya Relief Organisation CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales (company number 17314946), registered office 77 Milkstone Road, Rochdale, England, OL11 1NT. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the organisation.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to use it in any way that could harm the site, us, or others. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and are made to support our relief work. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; by donating you also accept that provider’s terms. So that we can direct help where it is needed most, we may apply donations across our work at our reasonable discretion, including where a chosen appeal is already met or is no longer the priority. Donations do not purchase any goods or service and, except where the law requires otherwise or where a genuine error has been made, are not refundable. If you think a payment was taken in error, contact us promptly and we will try to help.
Information on the site
The content of this site is provided for general information about our work. While we try to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no promise that it is complete, current or error-free, and it should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. Photographs and figures are illustrative unless stated otherwise.
